Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days.
- Unopened items will receive a refund within 48 hours.
- Opened items will be inspected before refunds are made; we will contact you if any issues arise. We expect the product to be returned in the same condition as when it left our hands.
- All sales are final on items marked on clearance or otherwise denoted in the ad.
- All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
- If there was an error on our part, or the item was destroyed and logged as damaged by the carrier, there will be no restocking fee and a refund or replacement will be offered.
- Returns require an RMA #.
- Please contact us for an RMA #.
