Shipping & Delivery

Shipping in most cases will be made via USPS 1st class parcel, Priority Mail, Media Mail (when appropriate) or by UPS Ground services. We strive to keep our shipping & handling costs as low as possible.

As a general rule of thumb:

Orders received before 12:00PM Eastern are packed and shipped the same day.
Orders received from 12:00PM to 4:00PM Eastern are packed and postage applied but shipped the next business day morning.
Orders received after 4:00PM Eastern are packed and shipped the next business day.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We use the address you provide exactly as you entered it. Items returned undeliverable by the carrier will be held for 3 business days while we attempt to reach you, so it’s important to give a valid email address and phone number. If we can’t reach you, the item will be returned to stock and a refund issued minus a restocking fee of 15% and shipping costs.

Digital products are made available as soon as possible, usually within minutes. An email is sent with a link and download code.
