U.S. Postal Service Announces Updates to the 2019 Stamp Program January 29, 2019 WASHINGTON — The U.S. Postal Service today revealed five additional subjects to the 2019 Stamp Program. More details on dates and locations for the first-day-of-issue ceremonies are coming.

USPS 2019: Prices for stamps & services increase The changes include a 5-cent increase in the price of a First-Class Mail Forever stamp, from 50 cents to 55 cents and an overall increase of 2.5 percent in the price of Mailing Services. The Postal Service believes these new rates will keep the Postal Service competitive while providing the agency with needed revenue.
